MadCap Software and TWB together bring, to the Technical Communication community in India, a series of webinars and workshops that will allow individuals and enterprises up-skill themselves.

As enterprises are fast moving from traditional HTML-based authoring solutions to XML-based technologies that provide a complete suite of content authoring and management solutions, MadCap Flare epitomizes the best practices in single-sourcing, accomplishing better consistency and accuracy. In this scenario, where XML-based single-sourcing has become critical, it is imperative for Technical Authors to familiarize themselves with MadCap Flare.

TWB and MadCap launch a series of webinars and workshops to share, teach, inform and discuss several topics related to technical communication.

  • TWB MadCap webinars are online seminars, delivered in training sessions with a 60-minute timeslot. Participants can access each webinar at the date and time indicated in the schedule. These effective and affordable webinars are intended to help participants receive valuable training without having to travel and leave the office or disrupt their busy schedules.  Each webinar is led by a host of industry experts, focusing on their areas of expertise. Sessions of a webinar will include strategies and tactics to help participants apply their learning to real-time situations.
  • TWB MadCap Workshops are led by industry veterans and with full computing and infrastructure setups to ensure effective learning. Workshops are hosted in a fully functional training environment with licensed software and computers to enable high quality learning.
