Patent Writing (FCP)

Intellectual Property (IP) reflects the idea that its subject matter is the product of the mind or the intellect. IP, protected through law, like any other form of property can be a matter of trade, that is, it can be owned, bequeathed, sold or bought. It can be shared or can provide an opportunity for others to recreate, emulate, or manufacture. IP can be categorized under four sections – patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets. A patent, copyright, or trademark is a distinctive word used for identifying the source of a product and distinguishing one manufacturer’s products from those of another. |
